施設利用の了承を得て、宿泊手続きとプログラムの調整を進めています。体育館の時間、集合・解散、送迎、追加スタッフ等は、決まった内容を参加案内でお知らせします。
The facility has agreed to accept the residential programme. Overnight-use paperwork, gym slots, check-in/departure, transfers and additional staffing are being arranged. The answers below distinguish agreed arrangements from details awaiting confirmation.

Budget for the whole family: player fees vary by residence, plan and player count. Flights, local transport, extra nights and accompanying adults are separate. Confirm any required support before committing.
相談から出発までの流れ
- 参加条件を確認：年齢・人数・出発地・宿泊希望・同行人数を伝える。
- 必要な支援と総予算を確認：食事、言語、移動、保護者の滞在先を整理する。
- 申込・お支払い：該当プランの料金・取消条件を確認。すでにお支払い済みの方は再決済しない。
- 主催者からの案内を確認：申込情報と入金の照合、受入条件、集合・解散時刻を確認する。
- 移動と持ち物を準備：確定した案内に合わせて手配する。変更不可の航空券は時刻確定後に。
持ち物の目安
体育館用シューズ、運動着・着替え、飲み物用ボトル、タオル、洗面・入浴用品、スリッパ。常用薬など配慮が必要なものは事前にご相談ください。最終的な持ち物と食品持込み等の施設ルールは参加案内でお知らせします。
Before departure, confirm your acceptance conditions, meeting times, travel, meals, emergency contacts and packing list. Suggested items include indoor basketball shoes, sportswear, changes of clothes, a water bottle, towels, toiletries and slippers.

01｜開催と宿泊先は決まっていますか？
12月22日（火）〜24日（木）の2泊3日です。糸満青少年の家での宿泊研修について施設側から受入れ可能との回答を得ています。宿泊利用の申請手続きと、体育館の利用時間を調整しています。
Are the dates and venue agreed?
The camp runs from 22–24 December 2026, for two nights. Itoman Youth Center has agreed to accept the residential training programme under its application and operating requirements. Overnight-use paperwork and gym time slots are being arranged.
02｜対象年齢と練習のレベルは？
対象は7〜18歳。年齢と経験に応じたグループ分けを予定しています。初めての宿泊や低学年の参加は、保護者の同行希望や必要な支援も含め、申込前にご相談ください。年齢の違う全員が同じ負荷で練習する企画ではありません。
Who can join, and how are groups organised?
Players aged 7–18 may enquire. Training groups are planned by age and experience. For younger players or a first overnight stay, please discuss accompaniment and support needs before registering. All ages will not train at the same intensity.
03｜英語が話せなくても参加できますか？
語学力だけで参加を判断する必要はありません。実演や一緒にプレーする時間を通じて交流します。常時の専属通訳や韓国語対応スタッフは現時点で確約していないため、お子さまが理解しやすい言語や支援の希望を事前にお知らせください。
Does my child need fluent English?
Fluent English is not a prerequisite for asking about the camp. Demonstrations and shared play support communication. A dedicated interpreter or Korean-speaking staff member is not currently guaranteed; please tell us what language support your child needs.
04｜子どもだけで宿泊できますか？
宿泊期間中の現地責任者は、RBA代表・西尾優人です。12月22日〜24日の宿泊研修期間を通じて現地で対応し、施設との連絡・調整を担います。宿泊プランには宿泊中の見守りを含みます。追加スタッフ、夜間の担当体制、年齢に応じた受入条件は確認後にご案内します。施設職員が個別に付き添うサービスとは異なります。単独参加の可否は、お子さまの年齢や支援内容と体制を照らして個別に確認します。
Can a child stay without a parent?
RBA representative 西尾優人 (Nishio) is the on-site residential programme lead for 22–24 December and will stay with the group and coordinate with the facility. The residential plan includes overnight supervision. Additional staffing, the night-duty arrangement and age-related acceptance conditions will be confirmed separately. Facility staff are not personal carers. Unaccompanied participation requires an individual check against the child's age, needs and available supervision.
05｜兄弟は同じ部屋に泊まれますか？
RBAでは兄弟の同室希望を受け付けます。申込時にお知らせください。施設の部屋構成や利用条件を踏まえて部屋割りを行います。練習グループは宿泊室と別に、年齢や経験で調整します。
Can brothers share a room?
RBA accepts requests for brothers to share a room. Please request this during registration. The room allocation will take account of the facility's layout and rules. Training groups are arranged separately by age and experience.
06｜保護者も泊まれますか？
保護者の施設宿泊・食事・部屋割り・追加料金は施設に確認中です。選手料金には保護者の宿泊や食事は含みません。同行人数と希望をお知らせください。回答前に保護者用の施設宿泊が確保されたとはお考えにならないようお願いいたします。
Can parents stay at the facility?
Parent accommodation, meals, room arrangements and additional charges are being checked with the facility. They are not included in the player fee. Please tell us the number of accompanying adults and your preference; parent rooms should not be assumed to be reserved.
07｜食事とアレルギー対応は？
宿泊プランは所定の食事付きです。食事回数と提供時刻は最終案内でお知らせします。通いプランの食事は別途確認が必要です。食物アレルギーは手配前に必ずご相談ください。代替食や調理時の混入防止が可能かを確認し、対応可能と回答するまでは保証しません。
What about meals and food allergies?
The residential plan includes specified camp meals; the meal count and times will be confirmed. Meals for day participants need separate confirmation. Discuss allergies before arrangements are finalised. Alternative meals and cross-contact controls must be checked; please do not assume they can be guaranteed.
08｜空港送迎はありますか？
那覇空港からの送迎は、人数・到着便・車両・費用を調整中です。参加費に空港送迎は含まれません。ご家族全員の送迎も確約していません。送迎を希望する場合は、予約前に候補便をお知らせください。
Are airport transfers included?
No. Airport transfers are being coordinated around arrival times, group size, vehicles and costs. Family transfers are not guaranteed. If you need a transfer, share proposed flight options before booking.
09｜何時に集合・解散しますか？
集合・解散時刻は最終調整中です。施設からは24日15:30までの施設利用が可能との案内がありますが、午後の体育館枠の確保とは別です。15:00活動終了・15:30退所を希望して調整しています。時刻が確定するまでは、変更・返金不可の航空券の購入をお待ちください。
When should we arrive and leave?
Check-in and departure times are being finalised. The facility has advised that use until 15:30 on 24 December is possible, but that does not itself reserve an afternoon gym slot. The requested plan ends activities at 15:00 and leaves by 15:30. Wait for confirmed times before booking non-refundable travel.
10｜けが・体調不良のときは？
けがや体調不良があれば、活動を中断し、主催者にお知らせください。緊急時は119番への通報が必要です。現地責任者は西尾優人です。開催中の緊急連絡先、保護者への連絡方法、受診時の同行体制と保険の補償内容は、出発前の参加案内でご確認ください。医師・看護師の常駐は現時点でご案内していません。
What happens if a player is injured or unwell?
Stop the activity and alert the organiser. In an emergency in Japan, call 119. The on-site programme lead is 西尾優人 (Nishio). The camp emergency contact details, parent notification process, medical-visit accompaniment and insurance coverage will be set out in the pre-departure information. A resident doctor or nurse is not currently advertised.
11｜料金以外に何を見込めばよいですか？
航空券、会場までの交通、空港送迎、前後泊、所定の食事以外の食事、同行保護者の宿泊・食事は別途です。海外料金と日本国内料金は別の案内です。お住まい・選手数・宿泊希望に合う料金と通貨を申込画面で確認してください。
What costs are outside the player fee?
Budget separately for flights, travel to the venue, airport transfers, extra nights, meals outside the specified camp meals and accompanying adults' accommodation and meals. International and domestic Japan prices are separate. Check the currency and applicable option for your residence, player count and accommodation choice.
12｜申し込み後はどうなりますか？
申込情報と決済を主催者が照合し、その後の参加案内をお送りします。すでにお支払い済みの方は、重複して決済しないでください。キャンセル・変更はRBAへご連絡ください。適用条件は申込時の案内を確認し、最新の返金ページもご参照ください。
What happens after registration?
The organiser matches registration details with payment and follows up with participation information. If you have paid, do not pay again. Contact RBA about changes or cancellation, and check the terms shown at registration and the current cancellation information.
