We aim to make fees, additional costs and cancellation terms clear before registration.
DATA MINIMIZATION
We limit personal data collection—especially information about minors, health and emergency contacts—to what is necessary.
TRAVEL SCOPE
We keep basketball programming and travel arrangements clearly separated, with responsibilities assigned to appropriate providers for each project.
CLAIMS
We clearly separate current results, relationships under discussion and future vision. Unconfirmed information is never presented as an achievement.

Our priority is not to hide incidents, but to ensure reporting, response and prevention systems work.

When do I pay?
Application, confirmation and payment are separate steps. RBA-owned eligible programmes use Stripe after server-side registration validation. Accommodation/transport-sensitive programmes, Team Training, International Exchange and future external Organizer transactions are not treated as generic public instant checkout.
