RBA collects only the information needed to answer enquiries and operate programmes. Do not submit a child’s name, medical record or private image through a general enquiry form. A parent or responsible adult must provide consent where a programme needs information about a minor.
Instructions from the venue and responsible staff must be followed. Tell the organiser directly about relevant health or support needs using the designated secure process. Participation may be stopped when safety cannot be maintained.
Photos or video involving minors are used only within the consent and context explained for that programme. Consent may be declined without affecting an enquiry.
The event-specific form or invoice controls fees, payment deadlines and cancellation conditions. A booking is not confirmed until the stated confirmation and payment steps are complete. If an event is cancelled by RBA, the applicable event notice will explain refunds or transfer options.
